Hey:

Does anyone on the forum have a source for Tyco/MU-2 powered Loco Coupler pins? I need some of the little brass ones to allow replacement of broken couplers.

Cheers,
G.

Your best luck is tapping out the hole and installing a screw.

Hey Gareth. A while back I bought a Tyco F-7 that was missing the whole top section (including the pin) of its coupler pocket. I rebuilt the pocket cover and used a track nail as the pin. The track nail was slightly smaller in diameter than the original pin, but it still worked. You could probably find some nails that are the right diameter and trim them to fit.
