The school is coming along nicely, Walt. The street lights in particular help to complete the scene, I think. I see you've moved the teeter-totter again; maybe Waltville needs to condemn the property next door and expand the playground! Seriously, though, maybe the playground does need to be a little larger.

Walt, playground is good. All it needs are some kids and a Nun. My feature building this week is the Bachmann Cityscapes Trade Tower. I added the hip roof and antenna (yes it started as a ball point pen), the silver roof additions and a restaurant at the back. Next store are two IHC townhouses re-purposed into a funeral home. Note the one picture is of the back that I painted differently to reflect as another tower in a mirror.

Gary, thinking of where one would need to be to get that last picture, are you sure that "antenna" isn't a mooring mast for airships?
Anyway, that's a neat building and kind of typical of the style of the first skyscrapers. I like the dramatic angle looking down from the top, too.

Scsshaggy thanks, actually more 1920-30's Art Deco style. The mooring mast was an excuse by the builders of the Empire State building to top it out taller than the Chrysler Building and take the claim as world's tallest. It never was a practical idea. They did try to moor a small dirigible in 1931 and it almost ended in disaster. There is smaller tower of the same era here in Chicago that has a mooring mast also. Not sure if an attempt was ever made to use it.

Good BOTW's, guys. Mine is a custom homemade building I got from a relative that sat in an attic where my great uncle worked on cars for about 25 years. Here's how I've transformed it.

Great cityscape, Gary. The inner loop of track appears to veer inward a little, is that the beginning of a super tight trolley curve?

Microbusss- There is usually a streamlined observation car poking out of there. By vehicles do you mean my airliner collection in the background in the second picture? Another interest/hobby of mine.
