I found a few other cool items on Sunday. Central Valley king pin kits $1.00 Each.
 Proto 2K E7 NYC $10.00 - with a little surprise inside!
 A box of mostly AHM/Riva chassis for FM's and one BL-2, plus a Roco Shark/FA chassis. $5.00
Four Rail Power CF-7 shells $5.00
A couple of RR SP Daylight cars. $5.00 each!
A pair of Sampson cars, a coach and a dome observation. $10.00 each. Got me some polishing to do on these.
I would have bought more, but hit my limit. Evan

Getting green with envy on those king pin kits and that dome observation car. That's the only one I need to complete my sampson construct. Bloody good score there. Lucky sucker.

Not bad, man. Especially for the Proto 2K unit. $10 for that? That's awesome!

I'm a Sampson fan and I have NEVER seen the dome-obs. Lucky man! And apparently up in the frigid north, you have good prices - is this normal? $10 for a P2K E-unit?

That's an interesting dome car. No opening under the dome, you can make out the corrugated roof. What a great find. The whole lot is a great find, and the prices are illegal. I must live in the high-price train show capitol of America. Heck, NJ is a model train mecca to me - the last time I was there I found a guy who sells trains out of his garage. His entire garage. I believe if there was something made, he had it somewhere in there. He said he puts "train show" signs out on the road every few weeks and has a sale. probably a good thing I don't live there

You made out like a bandit with those prices, PGE. In that AHM lot you got 4 of the 60's 5 pole motors, and 2 of the early clear C-Liner tubs. The complete P2K E7 chassis & decoder was a steal.

I never noticed until I dismantled the Sampson coach. but they both have the kingpin kits AND Central Valley trucks. There's the ten bucks right there. The rest is gravy! The E7 is missing the pilot and the engineers side of the cab is a tiny bit melty. I walked away friom a Bowser Challenger for $100. Now I'm having second thoughts. I'm sure it will be at the next show. It's a small circle of dealers in this area.
PS The Kidder plantation is out of it's bath now, and shines like a new dime, er....loonie.
