Hi,

I have a Life-Like Santa-Fe "All-The-Way" blue search light caboose and I think it's search light bulb is burned out. It looks like the replacement bulb that I need to buy is #8010. Has anyone changed a light bulb on a train car like this?

Thank you!

Erik

Before replacing the bulb, have you checked to make sure it's not just a connectivity problem, i.e. made sure to clean dirty wheels/contacts, checked that all wheels are the right way around, etc. etc.?

A nine volt battery on the workbench can make a good bulb tester. Not too good for LED's though.
