Hey, my contribution to this week's BOTW is a Tyco lighted factory that I got yesterday for $11 plus tax. Works great, too. I then found out that the structure is actually the same tooling Aurora used to make their schoolhouse in the 1960's.  That's interesting.But anyways, the only real drawback for this thing is that it's obviously faded but that's no big deal to me, it's called "realism".

those??? Are those workers on the left performing
actual labor, or are they taking their union sanctioned

Hey pretty in pink.
Continuing my Plasticville Estates theme. Here is Phase one, this week featuring the classic Split Level house. Had as a kid 50 years age and still in the current catalog. I painted mine to resemble a similar home in my neighborhood.

I stand honored. Nice collection you have there.
Just for that I'll add a little something I did with the PV Cathedral. The one in back is how it started. The mausoleum is my finished product. Lastly placed in my cemetery  I must say I'm rather proud of the way it turned out.

Thanks guys! My saying is it's not what you start out with but what you end up with that counts. I've visited the Customizing and Kitbashing forum and only saw Locos and train cars so I didn't think to show my building work. I just finished a really cool bash (or is it Stack?) I posted it on another forum but I'll re post in C&K for you guys to take a look at.

That "pastel pink" factory, plus a matching Aurora schoolhouse from the same tooling, I have in a box here and they could use a new home. The schoolhouse got dropped and fell apart so I have to put it back together, but it should be fine. Anyone PM me if interested in the pair, since there's no more Trading Post.

My BOTW is a tyco church. This is a genuine one owner which I bought around 1976 -77 when I was 11.Been in storage for years ,a but rough with missing pieces and I will put on my layout one day. Tony
