Ok, I've posted my Hustler / NWSL remotor project, using this type of spring contact that I turned into wheel wipers, which worked well. So now I'm offering some samples to you forum members. I can't afford postage for HUNDREDS of guys, but the first 10 who PM me will get a free sample in the mail. Make sure you PM me, NOT respond to this post ( although you can do that, too, the PM counts towards the 1st 10 ). The envelope sample will hold about 40-50 pieces, and be under 1 oz, so postage won't be too expensive for 10 guys, if I get more responses, then I just want the cost of postage back. Not a very expensive proposition here! I had to roll coins this week, to try to get enough $ in the bank to cover the mortgage, it's been a tight month. But not your problem. Anyway, here's what they look like, both ends have bi-furcated ( dual finger ) tips, one has them curled, the other they're straight. Not real soft flexible metal, it's fairly stiff, meant for a cable patching environment, meant to last 10,000 patches. The longer split finger curled end will bend more, so that is the end I tend to use when making wiper contacts. Like I said, it has I think 0.002 gold plating on them, not sure how long that'll last in a high friction environment, but anyway, with so many rejects, I thought I'd up-cycle them to model train guys wanting some formed material that is better than just crude straight metal strips. So, to wrap up - PM me your name, mailing address ( If you're one of the first 10, I'll do Int'l for Canada or UK if you pay the postage as well ), and I'll get them sent off as soon as I can.

Jerry, Can you post a link to your Hustler Project so I can see how you did this? I was wondering if they would work on my AHM GP18 trucks. I haven't had much success with the Forum search engine. Thanks
