I just bought a Model Power N O. 1681 railroad crossing signal at a auction and was wondering if anyone could tell me what power source I should use to operate it. There were no instructions with it.

Are they this kind?

I'm looking into getting the Logic Rail Tech Grade Crossing Pro for them:
https://www.logicrailtech.com/gcp.htm

I learned these will work with the Model Power crossing signals. I have them at one of my crossings on my layout, and plan to power them this way. I may get another one to power my Griswold crossing signal from NJ International. Who knows; maybe I'll put lights in my TYCO crossing gate and use another Grade Crossing Pro for that as well!
