My COTW for this week is an N scale Union Pacific ore car from Atlas, which I got from one of my parents' friends with a bunch of other stuff.

Got a huge lot of trains last year from one of my mom's friends whose husband passed away. I decided I would try my hand at weathering & selling on Ebay since I had some pretty decent rolling stock to work with. Kinda nervous to see how it does I've never offered up one of my works before haha. Car started life just as a new Walthers Trainline hopper.

These MU powered trollies are really growing on me and I don't have one yet. I should really get at least 1. The MU is one of my favorite mechanisms.
For my trollies, I've been using poles from Eaton Custom Engineering, eBay user richeaton. For under $15 shipped, they're tough to beat even if I'm not using overhead wire.

A most delightful surprise in the mail this week, this just in from TF's WKS. Snazzy little chrome piece will go well with the Silver Streak caboose.

First ice cream, now I am craving OJ. Must be subliminal advertising. Nice find, I've only seen Tyco Tropicana in orange.

Yes, Jeff... I believe that someone done the Tropicana boxcar in orange, I can't remember who... This one is the Tyco version and Tyco done some piggyback trailers too.
REVISED, after looking on ebay I found there are several different Tropicana cars made.
