That's not junk. You got the Rivarossi DAR switcher that looks like it's intact, plus a 50's RR Dockside. Nice Athearn crane, too.

As Nelson says " THIS AINT JUNK" . He didn't mention a very nice MARX Sinclair tank car. It looks new! A Athearn DOW chemical tank car that isn't broken, but with a upside down K-Dee, Or possibly a additional air hose. A Varney Casey Jones. A Champ ( Sakai) 2-6-2 missing a tender. ( Sean do you need one? A Athearn PRR black crane. Last what is lettered as a Penn-Line 4 window eastern steel caboose but is a 2 window version like Roundhouse makes, but is too big and ugly, so it is a HObbyline caboose. Frank

Sean, if your JOTW posts don't start getting worse, we're going to have to ban your stuff! Junk?! Are you kidding me? I don't see a rivet out of place! You must be WAY picky to post stuff that good, er, bad.

I am not in love with these two tyco engines as I prefer Athearn & Kato so I keep them in my JOTW box until I decide what to do with them. I don't think I have posted these before but If I did, forgive me.

Unfortunately for this boxcar, the Jello is a bit saggy on one side. Can be easily remedied, and then it should render it more "tasteful". Not as impressive as Sean's post, as his is high-grade junkbox obviously . But, hey, it's all cool (whip).

That's an early one, and the cylinder saddle/boiler weight is suffering from some zinc pest. It can be stabilized with CA, and the pilot can be glued on, too. I have geared drivers for those if you're interested.

Ah, yes, the lack of organizational structure DEFINITELY improves the junk status. MUCH better post! I find the lack of general oxidation on the parts disturbing, though....
I don't think Ben has ever asked for any NYC stuffs, so I presume there are a FEW things he would not want. That's very presumptuous on my part, though.

Yes. Which at some point was "ACC", for alpha-cyanoacrylate cement.
At some point the acronyms shifted. I feel this is some sort of unsung milestone in modeling history.

There's a nice crack where the valve would be in the cylinder casting. Super glue soaks right into the porous parts of the casting and reinforces it. I had to do it to one of mine, then putty the gaps and file it down so the shell would sit level. I'd guess at least 60% of them suffered from it, based on those I've seen.
