This was a train shop attic find, an old Marx boxcar I don't have, it's missing the sliding doors, or otherwise it'd be COTW material. It's really too nice to be in a junkbox, but without the doors, it's not able to generate revenue for the system wthout some repairs. Can't have cargo sliding out the open doorways! Not sure how much Marx rolling stock I have now, but more than 15 cars I'm sure. Will take a picture of my collection one day.

I keep mulling over getting a 3D printer to print out things like doors and steps and hoods and whatnots. Print a set of doors and that's COTW material indeed! It ought to be pretty easy to make enough sales to offset the cost of a midrange printer over a few years.
Starting my Tyco and other favorites collection over again after 37 years. My still in progress list of inventory and wantlist: tyconut.com

Here is a trade I made for a very nice new Bachmann GP40. I was at the club meeting one night running a train with Bud's engine. Due to a little carelessness on my part this one hit the floor.

You must B-hive yourself, or you'll go el-locomotive on us.

I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?
