I had some of those oilers. I also had some of their gear oil that came in a Testors paint bottle.

Yeah I had a tube of that....what a blast from the past. And I totally bought into the "Special Racing Oil" name. As if they also had "Regular Street Use" oil

My experimentation with slot cars didn't go so well. These rather expensive Wall Queens ("Dukes of Hazard," 1979) now decorate Tycomania. Maybe I should have tried that vintage grease.

Actually don't think the grease is vintage, Jeff.

Jerry, I bet that racing oil isn't very special anymore to today's standards.... I think I remember that this oil had a neat odor to it when used...

I know it took forever but I finally got my AOTW up. It's a train encyclopedia I got a year or two ago. I consider it an accessory because it tells me a lot of stuff about trains and the railroad it worked on so I know a little background on an engine I find at a train show.

Just got these--a pair of Penn Line cast metal generator loads for their flat car. A little paint loss, but pretty neat.

Those flatcar loads are really cool and probably add some much needed weight to an empty flat. I think they are nice in original paint even if it is chipped....it is only original once.
