Red Ball.

In fact, you can technically-sort-of-maybe STILL buy it from the folks who used to be Red Ball: http://www.prototypespecificproducts.com/freight/ Scroll a good ways down and it's there.

Also, looking at the picture, if you're in the mood for modifying it, the trucks should be black, and the frame light blue (and a bit more level too... I cringe to think it's zamac and zinc rot has gotten to it and warped it...) Nice find on a classic old car regardless!
