Heh, that's a DIFFERENT Tyco. They own ADT and SimplexGrinnell. The former specializes in security systems, and the latter in time clocks and fire alarms. (The K-8 school I went to for kindergarten has a Simplex fire alarm system from the 1970s(!) and a bunch of Simplex clocks and bells that were LOUD.)

My dad works for them! I get that joke all the time when my dads van is in the back ground of one of my photos. He's Been an electrician for 30 years now, started off at security Link right out of college then mid 2000's got absorbed by ADT, then ADT and Tyco split themselves into 2 divisions just last year, my dad was appointed to the Tyco side which handles business and industrial needs, while ADT handles residential clients etc.

My dad is often at the Warner Brothers studious doing work, he sees all the sets for the TV shows and movies etc. He's even seen the underground layer where they keep old prop cars like the Duxes of Hazard 69 Dodge Chargers, some Batmobiles etc.

Also he's seen many stars while on the lot, Tom Cruise, George Lopez, Ellen etc.

He's also done work at Jay Lenos Garage.............

Hyde... get some letterhead paper from your dad's company!

Then, make copies... cut and paste onto wooden blocks so they'll look like HO containers...

Revive TYCO, man! "TYCO Ships!"

Please! You could really have something there!

John

Yes indeed Pan Am is now a railroad, using the very logo made so famous on the airplanes. It is a fascinating story: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pan_Am_Railways
