Not only that, it looks to be an old Tyco unit. If you look in the forward side window you can see the plastic post that the front truck is mounted to!

Good catch, Ken. It didn't even cross my mind that bright yellow horns aren't a standard feature on most trains. I've been around Tyco too much!
