Hi everyone. Last sunday ,I went to a train show in my town of Adelaide, South Australia. I love finding tyco stuff ,but it is getting very hard to find items and the quality is poor. BUT this time,i found lots of accessories at a great price that nobody wanted. This weeks item is a brown box Freight Unloading Depot. The box is a bit rough but the depot looks as though its never used. hope you enjoy the images.

What exactly is he supposed to be driving? The box calls it a tractor, but it looks more like some strange cross between a bulldozer and a forklift. I can't think of many uses for a machine like that...except clearing snow maybe.

Eric, You know that's a for-K-ozer That's what happens in TYCO's world when a Bulldozer decides to take life by the horns and uses the forks well you get it...... LMAO
Walt, SO that's what the "leg" I have in my junk pile belongs too! Same thing, colors and all, but lacking the base and the top of it..... HMMMM I have to keep my eyes out to see if the rest might be around!
Ben, O Ben...... the said "driver" is only said in Thomas the Tank......

EM-1... Isn't it funny how we find out what some parts are from!
Microben, That package is really ugly! I'm surprised that the tower isn't faded...

Interesting they used two 27 ohm resistors (red, violet, black) in parallel with each other (which gives you a final resistance of about 13.5 ohms) in series with the motor to drop its speed. I guess without them that dozer would shoot the culverts across town.

Decided to post this one, albeit late in the week, just because. I found this at the Timonium show, guy had 2 of them, I shoulda bought the other one, but then I wouldn't have had the $5 for other lights I bought. Anyway, not sure who made this, no name stamped anywhere on the plastic, but has lights and pretty good detailing for a car wash kit. Anyone know? I've done a bit of internet research, but haven't found one like it yet.

Hey Jerry, Faller made that car wash, I had one a while back. There were 2 items like you have and also a small automatic car wash that sat inbetween the 2 self serve units. Tom

Hey, thanks, Tom! Appreciate the ID. A two-stall is good enough for a small-town car wash anyway. Maybe next year I can get the other one as well.
