If it is cardstock it will not be to hard. If it is metal, improve your soldering skills

Toptrain (Frank) is right.....
If cardstock they are fun and can be/have the cardstock replaced with wood or plastic, depending on the glue you use.
If its metal, it will improve your soldering skills....Be sure to make all solder joints "INSIDE" the building, and "tack" the part on first one or 2 small joints on each, edge.
TAKE YOUR TIME, it will result better in the end, if you do!
