It would probably take 4 or 5 HO scale guys to handle the screwdriver needed to remove that screw!

ok NOW you both are silly
Plus may have to do it to the power loco too since tabs are broken

Also I has a friend who wants one & modify it & possibly mine to use UHF & a COLOR cam in loco instead of the B&W cam thats in it now
Plus put in a LED soft white bulb in the headlight

Ben, I think that's a Lionel FA camera loco set.

Btw, I see some wood stacked in the background. Couldn't you nail some flex track to 2x4, lay it out somewhere in the yard, and photograph your stuff on that? It would be a lot easier on the eyes, not to mention safer than making a rolling stock pyramid on top of a garbage pail.

Nail some flex track to a 1x12 and put it on the garbage can. That should make both of you happy! I've done something similar a couple of times myself.

John; I do think I have seen real B&O 0-6-0s photo with belpair boilers. I know they had 0-8-0s. 1006,1008,1013,1014,1005. One or 2 of them had PRR styled tenders

I think it's more a matter of slapping every popular roadname on one style engine. Every big manufacture has done that and they still continue to do that, just not as much now cause our kind is far more picky now that we have a wider range of options.

Ken,
Frank, Yes the B&O had Belpre fireboxes on the 2-8-0's AND the 0-8-0's, but, you won't find a B&O 0-6-0 with a Belpre Firebox on it.....Reason being is in the days when the 2-8-0 was favored, heavily, the Pennsy had some control over the B&O...... they sold or leased a few (couple class of) the 2-8-0, and then years later the B&O in-shopped them, and they came out, 0-8-0's....

Pennsy was in "control" for about 10 years of the B&O from 1900, to I think 1910.....
