Visiting the Greenberg Train show Saturday after work ( my new PT job, repairing trains, I finished up an O gauge Williams steam engine with wiring issues ), I hit the show, and found a couple of Tyco engines I don't have. Found in a junkbox, missing part of the power truck, I got this GT engine for $2. Metal rails intact, looks pretty much unbroken. I have extra power trucks, so no problems there.

Winding through the aisles, I ran across another beauty, I think it's the SD24, by Mantua, in Chessie scheme ( sorry, no picture yet ). The lady had two of them, $10 each, I just bought the one, I should have bought the other, but there's still TODAY I could go back, I passed up an IHC Alco C-415 in Santa Fe, I may go back for a 2nd day of shopping ( BAD husband! LOL! ). Anyway, first time I'd seen a Chessie Tyco like this one, so I figured I ought to get one for my collection. Hopefully it runs as good as it looks, if not, I have the Mantua motors to fix this one as well.
