Any of you guys remember an issue I THINK it was Model Railroader, that had an article concerning the old Lilliput "IHC" sold Tamper? Like the new Bachmann Spectrum "Ballast Regulator"?
I know I recall seeing it, from the year 1967, but that's all I can remember.....
