http://www.precisionscaleco.com/ They have 17,000 parts, one of them must be that type of caboose step.

I wonder if the steps that Walthers had on their C&O caboose would almost be a match.....
But Mike's right, tho....Precision, makes some GREAT parts, specially brass replacement parts, sadly, you will have to get a package of 4, so....
Ken, I have to say, that's awesomely done caboose tho..... nicely painted too!
