Hi All!

This is off topic here, but I thought I would share it anyway... Most of anyone that knows who I am knows that I have old Mustangs I have been working on.

I wanted t share a link of a little video I shot on Tuesday. This is the first time there has been a running engine in my 1969 fastback Mustang since I purchased it as a bare shell in 1997. If I were to guess, I would say the car has not been on the road in over 20 years!! The original '69 351 Windsor really sounds great! I can not wait to get in it and actually drive it!!!

Today, the fuel pump was replaced and now it is running constant and unassisted on it's own! (other than initially manually manipulating the choke.)

Later!
Sean

Nice to see some old iron get resurrected again! I have many projects that have yet to make it back to roaddom, currently I have a few in the que to get running and driving this year :

1979 Pacer wagon

1972 Gremlin with large canvas sunroof

1978 Gremlin GT

Those are the 3 I hope to make progress on this summer and actually get running, then driveable again. Other projects which I would really like to get going include :

my first car, a 1957 Chevy 4-door sedan, minus motor/trans for the last 23 years, and a 1955 Chevy Suburban, has a drivetrain in it, actually had it moving around my aunt's farm 15 years ago, but needs whole front clip installed and transmission repaired, was slipping some.

Glad to see someone else making progress, it helps spur my on , at age 53 I need all the help with incentives I can get to move my ol' bones and get something accomplished.

Good deal, Sean.
Nice to see some progress, ain't it?

Jerry,
1979 Pacer Wagon----cool. Very few of those left. I remember when they were new.
Did you ever see the Pacer commercial with the guy making the 6 foot long sub sandwich?
If you haven't, it's on Youtube.
