I've had one of these for over 25 years. I don't recall how I got it. There's a roof and four sides. I think I put it together with Walther's goo. It fits over an old diesel truck and scoots around pretty well. Obviously not prototypical, but I like it! I never knew exactly what it was - now I know!

| Walthers made those for a long time, check HO Seeker's catalogs, but judging by the drive, roughly post WWII to the mid-50s or so.

The single-truck Birney car is by Walthers, first offered just before WW2 with the body in assembled form. Offered as kits through the 1980's, where the buyer assembled the bodies.
