Heck, it's definitely full of DETAILS...you could spend hours looking over that engine at the different aspects. Nice!

That's beauteous, Ken. Is that one of yours or something you found online?
The cab is very similar to this early Espee compound Mallet. Looks almost like he divided it in half.

| Brass? It looks just like a Model Die Casting old time 2-8-0, although whatever prototype that is could also have been done in brass over the years.

That cab resembles the early SP cab forwards like this one of mine (that needs to be restored and is in need of a donor chassis)

Well, it looks nice and that's the key.
I sold one of those MDC 2-8-0s a while back for $40, complete. I'd bet if you started with a mint kit one you could reproduce it for around $100-$150 depending on how many detail parts you added to it.
