EARLY BROWN TYCO UNION PACIFIC CABOOSE - #327H : 300. These versions have metal handrails on both platform ends as well as metal ladders. This is the first Brown box version. These brown boxes differ in color on end flaps and have color pictures of accessories on back where as later 70's brown boxes do not. These type of boxes like this caboose came in are 1970- 1973 -possibly 1974 before the other versions appeared

I purchased these at the Spring Train Show up in Springfield, MO yesterday! First Tyco cars I purchased in a while, let alone any HO manufacturer.

I forget Is this a rare find? Yeah Micro, I don't have the coal loader yet. Everytime I find one, it's in pieces and too many parts missing. BTW, that rocket fuel car is excellent. I'll be on the lookout for that one.

Besides the four Tyco billboard boxcars, I purchased these two items at the Spring Show. The Katy caboose is a custom paint job. I purchased itwith the Popsicle and the Sara Lee car for $6.
