I just got an SP AHM Daylight 0-4-0 at the train show yesterday and am so relived I finally got one however, i cleaned the wheels and oiled it but it runs very erratically and rough. Jumps all over the track and I'll use my favorite quote from Nelson "it waddles like a drunk duck." Any idea to what the issue is. Haven't started messing with it but I'd like to try get a heads up for whats to come. There ain't anything to photograph being everything external is intact and I haven't torn it apart and really don't want to, to be honest. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Make sure it's in quarter and everything is seated correctly. Make sure the gears are aligned.

I'll check the gear thing, thanks Justin! I fiddled with it a little tOday and I don't know I mean I see the yoke bar causing a few issues and when the boilers not on the frame it runs good so we'll just have to see what's next on the check list.
