Any idea what year or which brand it was sold as?

Standard Tyco metal frame and plastic shell tank car, white, all lettering black, A.E. Staley Mfg. Co, Decatur Illinois, "Staley's" shield logo at right, AESX 628 reporting marks.

Someone's re-trucked and Kadee'ed it so there's no clue there. Not listed on Tony Cook's red box pages, and should predate brown box stuff.
