Nicely edited video, Brianstyco. It's always nice to see children pointing and smiling in anticipation! Nearly brought tears to my eyes!

It's quite a scene-stealer, Brian. Is this becoming a local tradition? Also, how many LED's per car now?

This is just positively amazing. You CANNOT get this kind of excitement out of a video game. Those kids are literally jumping up and down. This is the sort of thing that you remember far into adulthood. "I rembember when...."
I am totally impressed and proud to know that you do this. Those working Ferris wheels and such are top-notch.
AND THAT BRIDGE! I absolutely love that bridge, and have plans to put something like that on my layout when i can afford the time to put it together.
Just positively fabulous. Keep up the good work!

Thank you all for the comments - Appreciate it. It is GREAT when you get the reaction from the kids -they make it all worth while. The Metrolina Model Railroaders is a Great group - They are laid back and not rivet counters. They do operate prototypical at other shows -but at this Christmas Show - it is about running trains only and anything goes. I met an individual this year who collects Tyco as most of us do - His name was John - very nice person. The carnival scene are all IHCs motorized. They are not mine.
Train car Lights = Each car has 36 LED's that are battery powered by Lithium Batteries - Each car contains 2 AA's - The cars - i customized and coated with a very fine glitter - trade secret - and the decorations are from Hobby Lobby and Michaels - made by a button manufacturer. The cars are Life-Like 50 foot evans customized with metal wheel sets and body mounted Kadee #5 couplers and weighted with lead weights along with the batteries
The Lcomotive - Former Seaboard System SD35 by Atlas coated in Royal Blue Glitter and equipped with an Minatronics Blue strobe police light which is powered by a 9 volt battery hidden in the gondola car with presents as the loco is dc powered at this time. Kadee #5's on it too
The wooden trestle Bridge - was hand built over 20 years ago and is the center piece on the layout. It was said to have taken over a year to do that module. Every piece of the trestle was cut by hand and assembled and stained. The railings are wood and get replaced often due to derailments and moving and set ups through out the year
