Stupid question (sorry) - I just picked up a Red Box Shifter with smoke. I have never had a smoker before, so how does it work?! I assume I need smoke fluid, but are all fluids equal? Thanks.

Personally, I like pina colada! Hey SVCR66, there is a Blue Box on the Bay right now and a 1950's Mantua (100% metal) with box and instructions just went for only $10.

I have no intrest in the old ones. I already have a 60s metal shifter and a 70s plastic boilered version. I want the red one because of the way the headlight is placed on the ATSF version, dead center like SP engines.
