Ben, Nice pic to whom? Me or Mike? LOL
Hyde, As for 1361, nope! Thats just an extra cab I've had that belongs to a BLI locomotive, that I got in a box of junk parts! (It has opening cab vents!) As do all the other steamer cabs I have from BLI. (I offered that cab to Frank, and he hasn't got back to me on it so, its been sitting there, collecting dust LOL

Ben, The old thread was: COTW Aug 25-31
If the new one was 2-7, the first day of the month would have not been in the posting!
Nice northeastern type caboose! ( have been collecting those for custom painting!)

I had an undecorated tank car and Coors decals for a box car and decided to put this together. I'm not certain the report markings are in the correct spot on the car but after a few Coors during construction it didn't seem important.

Thanks Dave! I thought I done a B&O MOW train, I might as well start a CSX and possibly a Chessie System one as well, as I also got the start of a Western Maryland in the works too!
Can't tell I have a "thing" for MOW equipment huh?
NICE tank car Dave BTW!
P.S. For everyone, the pictures of the CSX MOW gondola, is of 2 of them, look at the road numbers on the pictures and the loaded tie are different as well!

Sam, Thats my test power pack for my shop, I can tell what volts a motor is drawing, and how much difference in set volts as the loco moves.
Also if you flip the switch on the top right side of the gauge, it will also read AMP draw, for burned up motors, or overload. Its also directional to move the locomotive left or right, on the 3 foot test track that you see the trains on as I take a picture.
At the other end of the test track is a Kadee coupler height gauge, and then near the right hand side (you'll see the "L" hook, there are 2 more that my Alligator jumper cables grab ahold of for hanging purposes), for connecting directly to the motor to see how well the gearing is working but at the same time need to power the locomotive, and or clean the drivers of dirt and grime.
Was an old electric tester from Radio Shack, that I added a polarity switch in to have forward and reverse, and a bridge rectifier as well to take it from straight DC current, to more of the pulse stuff that a regular MRC power pack would have. At this point, I believe its something like 15 years old or more!
I also have it connected to a N scale test track thats just behind the HO track seen in the pictures! Which is also on a toggle switch to turn it on or off as needed!

Actually, that's VIA...
HEY, CHEEZ! HE'S GOT WHAT YOU WANT!!!
I don't have a one track mind. It depends on the turn-out. "I love your catenary!" Is that a power-trip or just another pick-up line?

I'm afraid I don't have many reefers to trade Some Purinas and a Hershey, but that's about it. Unless your looking for either of those, I"ll just keep bumming around Canada for the caboose...hell, I saw a Tyco VIA engine at a Salvation Army last week. Those things grow on trees around here
