Guys, I have 2 sets of these, and would LOVE to get a few more sets, BUT, I'm not sure who made them, or what they go to as they were in a box of junk I got from someplace!

This is the reason why:

I've also got these.....

Which are TYCO, OR Mantua.....Which can also be used to make the "Disconnect Log Cars" That seen above! With alittle brass C-channel and some cutting and soldering and a few bolts, they turn out pretty well, and to that as seen I have yet to design the log stakes, or falling stakes to that one thats built, which there are 2 of them now! So.....
Anyone know what these trucks in question went to and or was made by? AND a long shot, would anyone have any laying around to get rid of? As I'd like to make quite a shot of these log cars!

Bitter Creek Models has a large assortment of old time trucks that also makes a great info resource.

Yes that looks EXACTLY like them! Who made them and what do they originally go to?
They make a GREAT base for "Disconnect L<og Cars" as you can see from my YTR built frames mounted to them! (I also added the brass wheelsets as well, as these short little things need weight......Without a load on them, of course!

I know... it helped my identify a few types, including the Casey Jones tender trucks as Fox pressed steel type, probably 40 ton.

Nelson, The T-65 in that site of trucks, look the closest, BUT, I think they might be a bit to long, (I'll have to measure to be sure tho!)
Hmmmmmmm....
P.S. I got the set of 2 Disconnect Log Car, finished, (I merely have to "load" them now!)

If I can come up with enough trucks I want ot build more of them in brass!
