Guys, This is my newest "Brand New" purchase from income tax time, the new Bachmann Spectrum B&O EM-1 #7614......The train is the amazing part tho, it was completely 100% JUNK! I took each and every car seen and rebuilt it......The only thing to the train is it began in 1988,m and its STILL being built one car at a time, in the same manner as the very first car, or even the 5th car to the train, all from complete JUNK cars! broken, missing parts, scratched, glue smudges you name it......
The thing is, with this train, its all custom painted now, custom detailed and the whole ball of wax!
So, without further hesitation, have a look at the following video:

Some nice work there! I like the flat with the raised center part, a bridge repair car? Spotlight car looks like it might get smashed by that crane if it shifts. LOL. The half-boxcar also is an interesting piece, too. Pretty impressive consist, I'd say. Gives me some ideas to work with.

Thanks guys!
Yes there are a few there that were all broken up and in pieces, for instance the partial box car, that had that whole end, broken off! SO, as you can see, what I done to it!
As for the flat car, with the raised center, NOPE! Thats got old railroad ties in it! BUT your right, it was to be used for a tunnel repair car.....I had seen a car likei t made by Walthers, that had rail on the lower long deck of the flat car, and ties on the raised portion. I just tossed in my rendition of the car, as it was being built!
As for the locomotive, I wasn't meaning the engine, I bought it brand new, its the new Bachmann Spectrum B&O EM-1, 2-8-8-4, "Yellowstone" sadly, with this train, I only have 2 locomotives strong enough to pull it as its one LONG train, and in the video, its missing cars, that I'm rebuilding. This train has some cars I wasn't happy with so......Size or type of car, and I planned to rebuild them to be a better car for the purpose and to fit the design era of the train.....
Needless, to say, its freelanced, (ALOT of the cars, should have been painted red with yellow B&O lettering....) BUT, looks GREAT, and I must add at shows on the club layout, Kids love it!

Jerry, I've got pictures of each car of the set.....I'm going to post pictures of those mentioned as the pictures show better detail un-moving!

These pictures are of the box car, or what was a box car. The section thats missing was cracked and broken and I looked at it to see what I was able to do with it, so.....As you can see, theres part of an Athearn Caboose on this box car as well, (ANYONE see what the caboose part is?)
Also, be sure to look closely, these cars, each one of them, have seriously detailed interiors and exteriors!

This is the raised center flat car, (I call it a Utility Flat Car) As you will see why with the detailed pictures!
And then, last but not least, a link to see each car in multiple pictures:

And the following link, is of a new car thats in its build stages, (I curreently have this car, almost completely built!) As you'll see, its a wooden car, that was missing its sides so I replaced the missing wooden sides with styrene sheet of the same siding type from the instructions.....

Very impressive MOW train with a lot of cars and equipment I haven't seen before, not to mention the biggest MOW loco I've ever seen.

Thanks Nelson!
I pull it like that for the kids to have a good time with it.....(Adults like it too but the kids do mostly!)
As for the train itself, the cars seen, only a few of them are factory, and I reconditioned them, alot of the cars in that set are all custom made, and designed by me!
And for the locomotive comment, I have to tell ya, I've got 2 locomotives that will single handedly pull that train (its HEAVY!) and one is the Model Expo era Rivarossi B&O EL-5, and now, the new Spectrum B&O EM-1.......Otherwise I have to either double head, OR one pull, one push!
Diesels, takes 3 of them to move that train at once! 2 up front and one of the rear helping!
Alot of mixed mediun for supplies in that one, plastic, wood, lead, metal, brass, you name it its in there!
Can't tell I had a "thing" for MOW equipment by any chance!?
