My layout of the future that's portable will feature a figure 8 inside of an oval of track. I'm using 18" curves on the inside and 22" curves on the outside. I'm having issues with the curves lining up on paper. It can be done right? I think ovals get boring fast! Anybody good at track planning? This will have to fit on a 4'X8' table.

I used the following software to help design my layout. The library of parts is very complete for the major manufacturers. http://www.anyrail.com/index_en.html
