Wow, I get to start this one off AGAIN?! Picking something unusual, I bought 3 lots off Ebay, and got my first two On30 loco's along with the package deal. This little Diesel looks like it'll be fun to play with, I don't have many narrow gauge engines, if any, until now.

This week I have a Mantua 0-6-0 I recently picked up on ebay. It needed a little touch up paint here and there and some cleaning of contact points. I added wipers on the front tender truck and that vastly improved performance.

Here is a recent buy. An Athearn Geep complete with natural weathering, spiderwebs, and rust. Ran pretty good so the restoration should be mostly cosmetic.

You should clean off that rust and dust. Then you can add some fake rust and artificial dust.

My W&A RR 4-6-0. Runs well compared to my ATSF 4-6-0:

Was looking for a Alco RS-2/3 to for another kitbash project. Bought this AHM one. Brought it home, and its been running a little too good to go to the scraper. Guess I'll keep it

Nice pick-up Jerry! I was watching that lot as well as all of his other lots. I picked up two of his other lots last week too. I lost on all of his offerings this week!
This is my most recent eBay purchase which ended yesterday. Another LINDSAY / KEMTRON BRASS TOONERVILLE TROLLEY but this one is factory painted to match Fontaine Fox's original mad vision. It is powered with the Lindsay motor. I have another motor I ca swap the broken drive parts from. I'll have to figure something out for the mounting screw location which is fractured, but then again, for something this old and rare, does it really matter all that much?

Its worse when everyone starts posting theirs saying "Look at how good they are!" haha. Problem is I have two older Atlas (kato drives) RS-3's that by comparison put the AHM to shame. But I ran the AHM again the other night it does well for itself. Maybe I'll weather it down the road. If anyone has a junk RS-2/3 of any kind lemme know I might be interested. Though right now with the warm weather all train stuff is on hold as I run around outside trying to get the yard back in shape
