when i went to the great train expo in anaheim on january 8th, i noticed a mantua 0-6-0 in the denver & rio grande scheme. I'd like to know is this a factory scheme (looks like it) and how rare is it? Obviously its not an ahm model it's just in that box for sale. here is the photo of it.
i already bought an mdc 0-6-0T from this guy whos a personal friend, i hope no one bought this beauty cause when i see him at the backersfield train show in march i'd love to have it!

I'm thinking what you are looking at is the 0-6-0 Big Six. The Mantua parts sheet from Yardbirdtrains is dated 1980. If it were me, that would have to be a very rare locomotive and in it's original box, never run condition before I would pay $55.00 for it. But, that's just me.
Unspoken expectations are premeditated failures.
