These are my finds that came in today. Is the first one a Bowser? I know the other is a Mantua and the cars came with instructions and are all metal and Globe and Roundhouse.

Hey Jeremy;

Lacking a Belpaire firebox and therefore not being of PRR parentage I'd say Ken is right about it not being a Bowser. I think they did one or two Non-PRR units a variation on a 4-6-2 which was an NYC unit (Frank will likely know, he's a bit of a Bowser guy)
