Why in the world would he have 10+ sets all missing the engine? Still a good deal. I don't think I have the room or a use for it unfortuanately

This is the guy that bought out the IHC stock. He's pretty close to where I live, ran into his booth at a train show in Houston. Not sure why there isn't a loco.
