Hey Erich;

It's wonderful. I can't tell what language, Spanish? Portuguese? Interesting that with buffers it must be a European unit but he's called it a Confederation which was aterm used here instead of Northern's.

I'd like to get in touch with this guy and find out how he built it!?

That's about as scratchbuilt as you can get. I notice he's using a CD drive motor, too.
