I've been having to log in twice. The first login appears to work, but when I go to read a new forum from the main forum page I'm no longer logged in. A second login clears it up. Just FYI.

I've experienced this as well.
Also, there's some sort of weird caching thing going on. I get logged in involuntarily sometimes... then other times I log in, go to view a post and find I've been logged out. Finally, there's a caching bug where once you do finally log in, you are taken back to the page/post you were on previously (not the one you were viewing when you log in).
That caching thing has been around for years. The auto-login/logout seems new. Minor annoyances I can live with, but as long as we have your attention Todd...

Odd, anyone else?
I can only suggest that you close any extra browsers/tabs you might have open and actually log out. Close your browser and then try again. If that doesn't work, do the same thing but after closing your browser(s) clear your cookies.

I've tried that. I always clear the cookies when I log out of firefox. My first thought was that it was an issue with firefox's tabs, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It happens when I don't open any new tabs. I haven't tried IE. Frankly, I'd rather put up with it than try IE.

I was getting two cookies. Changed something and now I'm only getting one. See if that works any better now.

I have been getting a weird thing where I have about a billion tabs open in Firefox (and with all the stuff I do with my layout makes you wonder if it IS a billion LOL) and let's say I look at the FAQ, then reply to a post, then in a different tab reply to a different post - when I hit "Post New Reply" it will take me to the FAQ. And other similar things.
I find the fix is either restart the browser or reload a page I'm having difficulty with. I also use NoScript, although tycoforums has allow all. It's pretty rare though, maybe every couple days. I'd rather stay with Firefox than use IE, too.

Just an update....
I had to log in twice again here at work. Windows XP Pro, Firefox 3.0.15. The first login looks like it works....my name pops up in the top corner...but when I open a topic (in the same tab or a different one) I'm not logged in. As before, a second login seems to have fixed it. I can now open a topic in a new tab and stay logged in.
Also, I always clear cookies/temp folder when I log out of Firefox. I have it set to do it automatically.
Like I said before, I don't want to complain. It's really a minor issue, just odd.
