My LOTW is this "Chattanooga" 0-8-0. She runs good with a bit of wheel slippage, but that's to be expected. As she runs, I'm sure it'll get better. Got this, the COTW, Loco for SOTW and BOTW for $20.00.
Biggest thing is the Smokebox front. Anyone have a spare?

"Pardon me boys, but is that the Chatanooga Choo Choo?" (You must have seen that one coming). Fell out of the back of your car??? Ahem, well yes, I got this Uboat some years back when I first wandered into the TF, and some kindly fellow sent this out to me seeing how much I enjoy the Penn Central. Left it in the trunk of my car, it was only 80 degrees out that day, and it and an assortment of Tyco passenger coaches and a few freights melted like chocolate . I was lucky not to have ruined more. Anyways, made me mad as a hop, so I had to go out and find an undecorated Uboat shell (my good fortune they all come in black) and re-lettered this one, down to the original numbers.

lol, nahh, that's how I got it (sans boiler front) - Couldn't pass it up though. Nice U-boat! I actually determined the wheel slippage was due to a cracked centre gear axle. Swapped it out for a solid one and she's running great. Now to fix that boiler front...
