Wonder how that rail system will work out. I was in Seattle and Seattle's Bounder system
is apparently a flop, empty trains and all. The curse of mass transit rail is the first and last
mile: getting there and getting from there.

I was in Honolulu thirty years ago, and the automobile congestion was terrible. I believe
on Block Island, Rhode Island, there was some kind of moratorium on automobiles, but
that was like 40 years ago.

They said traffic is congested at times so they are expanding the system.
