So it seems this great member has dissapeared off the face of the forum. I saw that the SCVR layout had to be dismantled on his youtube channel. He has not been active for some time, and I believe he had made another account that was deleted. I am so confused. Your acratchbuilds and news are great! If you see this, come back soon! I miss the seybold locomotive works!

Oh, just watched more of the video. Wow. So anything affiliated with the SCVR is dead now. The website, youtube, and profile on this forum. Just because a layout is gone shouldn't mean the entire person should have to as well. Actually made me kinda sad. Before this forum I was following the construction and work of the SCVR and SLW long before I joined this forum.

Yeah, I used to watch his videos all the time, even before I joined the forum. I believe one of the reasons I joined was actually because of him. Great guy, and he will be missed. Hopefully he comes back someday.

"A lot of modellers out there who go to these train shows see broken HO stuff and go, 'This is useless' when, in reality, they can still be used for modeling whether it's as a prop on your layout or a cool project to make something old new again."

SVCR66 is still working on trains, just not limited to the scale model stuff anymore. He's into Fullsize-n3 now. ;)

He had some nice photos and videos of his train collection. Perhaps he will return with new photos.

Hyde's name just popped up under recently seen members. Could you give us an update please? We all miss your modeling work!
