I had this Life Like Bank in the 70s and I still think it is a cute kit. I've since replaced it with a NOS sealed one that I paid $8.00 for. So anyone here that would like to purchase this kit I"ve found a great deal on one!

Yup add says no longer sold in stores, Hate to say it but the bank now has a red box as do many of the other Life Like kits. Some of those Tyco cars have had their mods redone by Mehano and Model Power recently (bought a gon sold as a MP that was identical to the Tyco).

Just for fun make them this offer
"Give me $5 and i will take this stuff off of your hands and free up your shelf space".
The first one listed...$50 max. Most of that stuff is of the dime a dozen variety.
The second..the A&P,,,$10 max. I wonder how many people under 40 even know what A&P is. I just looked A&P,,they are still around,,mostly in the New York City area.

If you look at the first auction, he's relisted it at the bargain starting bid of $249.99! What a deal!
I think $50 is generous for an online auction like this. Selling piece by piece, slowly, he might get 60-70.
Maybe. On the other hand, I've bought WAY better lots than this for $20-30.
One thing I've noticed is that every dealer seems to think track is worth something. In my mind, track, especially cheap track, is worthless. Even though this stuff is in the package, it's still just cheap track.
