I have a redbox F-Unit. Anybody know if I could make it into a dual MU2 unit?

I believe some Mantua engines did have a dual motor option, Justin. There was a thread last year on this. Since the trucks are basically modular pop-ins, it would not be hard to change out a non-powered truck for a powered one, and just add the requiste wiring to it. Whether they're matched well enough to function together, that is trial-and-error. I thought there was a Series Vs Parallel wiring issue with this, so the two motors would match up better on current draw depending on how it was wired. I've never seen one of these dual-motor engines, though, and I"ve forgotten what the thread said about it. Anyway, since it wasn't a common-place option, it must not have been very good to begin with, was one of my comments back on the dual motors. All you can do is try it.
