I bought a sealed one this past weekend at a show, and found one I'd bought some time ago, I'd forgotten I had it, and put them together for this photo of the twins. The photos don't do my newest one justice, taking it carefully out of the plastic shrink material and foam surround, it is absolutely drop-dead S-W-E-E-T. Bright, shiny, no dirt, no tarnish on the brass wheels, just superb condition. I fired it up Sunday, and it hesitated at first, then slowly gained speed. Obviously has sat for many years in storage. But it finally picked up RPMs, no squalling, ran smooth as glass. I'll have to find a special place for this one, away from klutzy cats. I'll run it some, but will relegate the other one to pulling my consists for now. Here's some pics of them both -

Can't believe i only paid $10 for it. That was one show worth skipping my own club's show the same day for.

Nice locos.
I got my first USA Express free when I won another Alco from a seller and he sent me an extra, one of these, by mistake.
