Does anyone know anything about the quality of Frateschi models, manufactured in Brazil?

Hi,
I know is an old topic, but since I have an answer...
I'm from Argentina and as Brazil is our neighbour we know about Frateschi, they are the only maker of some of the locomotives that run here.
The feedback I have about them is:
- Not in perfect scale
- Low details / bad paint job
- low performance mechanics
People here put them below Atlas or Proto 2000 to give you a reference. And here a Frateschi costs almost USD 100.... no need to tell you how much cost the other brands
