Looks like a AHM car to me. Somebody must have found an empty box and put something in it. As long as it fits right!

I agree with Carl, it's an AHM offering that has taken up residence in a TYCO box...

Didn't look like Tyco to me, the steps are too close to scale, lol. I did find this is an AHM.
