I have a few items that I found while doing an inventory in preperation for selling what I have. ...were either cataloged before 1975 and/or are otherwise very common. As for the others:
339J Alaska 50' Box car - uncataloged, uncommon 339H Stokley 50' Box car - promo, common 339S Tyco seasons Greetings 50' Box car - uncataloged, not uncommon no# Shop Rite 50' Boxcar - promo, #339-P, uncommon no # Allstate Motor Oil Tank car - haven't heard of this one 354C True Value Piggyback Flat - uncataloged, uncommon 357G SOHIO Tripple dome tank - uncataloged regular release, uncommon 361H Tropicana 62' Box car - promo, fairly easy to find
Hope that helps. If you are looking to sell all of those, I might be interested in a couple of them.
Shop-Rite's number is confirmed as I have one in a labeled box.

Rare is all relative. The Sohio tanker and the True Value piggyback are the hardest to find of what you have listed. The rest are somewhat hard to find but definately not rare.
The only cars I don't know about are the Allstate tanker and the Alaska boxcar. I thought the alaska boxcar was a red box era car, maybe it carried over.

I'd appreciate pictures of the Allstate Tank Car and the TYCO Seasons Greetings Box Car.
TYCO's brown with white lettering ALASKA 50' Box Car is included in the Brown Box Era Freight Cars section...
