on close inspection,its not a plastic skirt on the footplate along the boiler but a white metal one,cannot find any mention on bowser site,so who made it ken

Ken ; It is either bowser or varney. the name is under the front pilot with a part #, and on the removable rear wall of the cab. Also is the tender body metal or plastic. Plastic is varney. metal is bowser. It could also be a old varney brought back to life with Bowser parts.
