This Christmas found me burnin' the midnight oil
pulling out my 30 year-old Chattanooga Choo-Choo
to place under the tree, and behold! it works! Barely.
I guess the grabber wheels are gone and there's
other mechanical and electrical issues ensuing as
the locomotive had been interred for nearly 30
years in sometimes extremely humid conditions.

Q1: Would a good lubing cure it of its stammering
track performance? It emits a hoarse grinding noise.
Is using plain ol' silicone OK?

Q2: One of the few things missing from the set is
the included smoke funnel that distributes the smoke
fluid to the engine. Any way to find that widget?

Thanks in advance.
