Ken, That is the Protected Coating over the Yellow so it doesn't get Dirty. You can see the yellow inside... I guess the run clock said only 5 hours running. .

Ebay has some interesting sellers with interesting items for sure!


Looks like it was drawn upon with Marks-A-Lot instead of painted by something from a rattle can.
